Uganda South African-based socialite Zari Hassan alias Zari The Bosslady has acknowledged undergoing plastic surgery.
Over the years, Zari Hassan has endured years of scathing internet vitriol regarding her bodily alteration.
In a recent online bitter exchange with Tanzanian UK-based promoter Lady Naaaa, she accused Zari of sporadically travelling to the UK to have plastic surgery done on her legs and stomach.
While taking part in an interview with NTV Mwasuze Mutya, Zari acknowledged transforming her legs and tummy to have a pleasant look.
The mother of five attributed her decision to do surgery on her legs and tummy to eliminate the excess fat.

She said that for the time being, her stomach and legs cannot return to their prior sizes, regardless of how obese she may get.
What people say about me undergoing plastic surgery is true but I just removed the excess fat within my legs and tummy. For now, no matter how fat I can get, my stomach and legs can’t go back to the previous sizes.
