Alien Skin denied court bail, sent back to Luzira Prison

Singer Alien Skin born Mulwana Patrick has been denied court bail on cases related to causing grievous harm at St. Francis Hospital, Nsambya, and theft.

On Wednesday 20th November 2024, Alien was apprehended and arraigned before Makindye court on cases of an iPhone and cash theft.

Today, Alien Skin and his personal bodyguard Mugabi Julius appeared before the court, facing accusations of cases including attacking medical staff at St Francis Hospital and causing grievous harm to Muyanda Anthony to which they pleaded not guilty.

The court revealed that 18 other people are linked to the same case, however, up to now authorities are still tracing their whereabouts.

Alien’s lawyers thereafter submitted the singer’s bail application, which the court denied, sending him back to Luzira Prison until Thursday 28th November 2024.

Alien Skin case hearing caused a lot of tension, as a section of his fans were denied access to the premises, without clear identifications.
