According to reports, the Catholic Church resolutely refused to pray for the late Kato Lubwama’s body as initially intended.
On 7th June 2023, singer, actor and former Lubaga South Member of Parliament Kato Lubwama breathed his last en route to the hospital after collapsing in his car.
Based on his will, Kato Lubwama suggested that he should be mourned for seven days before being laid to rest at his ancestral home.
Earlier today, Kato Lubwama’s lifeless body was taken to his marital home in Mutundwe, where mourners from all walks of life had been waiting to pay their last respects.
