Tanzanian musicians Diamond Platnumz and Harmonize have finally resolved their long-standing feud.
The conflict between Diamond Platnumz and Harmonize began when the latter decided to leave the former’s WCB Wasafi, citing unfair treatment before establishing his own label Konde Gang.
Despite having to pay at least TSh21 million to terminate his contract, Harmonize still felt the amount was excessive, leading to further strain in his relationship with Diamond Platnumz.
After years of unsuccessful attempts at reconciliation, Tanzanian President Samia Hassan successfully brought the two artists together during a special Iftar dinner at the State House in Dar Es Salaam.
During the event, Diamond and Harmonize were seen sharing light-hearted moments and shaking hands, much to the delight of their fans.
They have now set aside their differences to focus on new projects that will elevate Tanzanian music to greater heights.
In a symbolic gesture of their renewed bond, both artists have shared photos of their reunion on their Instagram stories.
