Over the weekend, socialite Olim Charles famously known as Sipapa was accused of being untouchable to the extent that even top security operatives feared him.
The situation was brought about by a tweeter user Ben who claimed Sipapa had scratched his car while driving in the wrong line and sped off.

Sipapa’s poor traffic manners attracted reactions from prominent media personalities like Canary Mugume and Andrew Kyamagero, who questioned the capacity that qualifies the socialite as eligible to obtain state security.
Addressing the claims, Sipapa took to his Facebook labeling Kyamagero and Canary Mugume girls, who have no right to question his eligibility to obtain state security.
He further tackled claims of scratching Ben’s car, stressing that it wasn’t deliberate to cause the accident because his car is so expensive to engage in chicken fights.
He explained that he was trying to scamper not to cause traffic Jam, owing to the fact that his fans had started forming crowds upon noticing his presence.
He admitted scratching Ben’s car, adding that at the time of the calamity it was being cruised by a lady.
Sipapa stressed that he was ready to compensate Ben if he abided by his directive of following him to a less crowded location.
He said Ben’s Twitter noise was aimed at accumulating social media followers nothing beyond that.
