Leone Island boss Jose Chameleone hospitalized after experiencing a serious health deterioration in the United States where he has been under close medical watch.
In a social media video shared by the Chameleone’s caretaker Juliet Zawedde, the singer could be seen being attended to by health personnel before being whisked away in an ambulance.

Reports from the singer’s music camp have it that Jose Chameleone will undergo a pancreatic operation in a few hours from now.
The sad news comes following the singer’s medical review on Thursday last week and through his socials he assured his fans that he was doing better and greater every other day.
