A few days back western Uganda-based singer Happi Freeman lost the battle to a strange illness and was declared dead.
Subsequently, there was a mix-up in names, with social media users wrongly assuming that Freeboy had succumbed instead of Happi Freeman.
In a video shared by Freeboy, he dispelled the rumors, revealing that he is still alive and pursuing his musical ambitions in Arua.

He went on to urge his fans to treat the rumors as fake news, before sending his condolences to the deceased Happi Freeman’s family.
