Laika Music and Biswanka Face Off in radio Studio

Musician Laika Music appeared in one of her interviews, claiming that she did not know who Biswanka was. Being a common and controversial figure, Biswanka felt disrespected, and when the two met face to face during a radio interview, they lost their composure.

Laika Music and Biswanka were invited on Radio4, and after the moderator finished bringing the latter up to speed about the viral interview, Biswanka acknowledged that he had to put in more work to be known but not by people like Laika, who he said had a struggling career.

“It was my first time seeing her and I kept wondering who she was. I thought she was a star but when I checked, I found she was a normal artist with her career,” he said.

In her defense, Laika Music urged Biswanka to accept criticism on his branding and try to work on it. She related his situation to when she was starting out her career. Her first single, ‘Overdose,’ was popular on TikTok, but because her branding was poor, people knew the song but not the artist.

Amidst the argument, Laika described Biswanka as a sensitive and immature person who chooses to overact instead of positively receiving criticism and looking for ways to improve himself.

“I had to promote myself better. Don’t get offended but work upon it. It is the truth and you should learn and not get mad. When they told me things instead of getting offended, I had to prove people wrong. I cannot lie that I know him yet I don’t. The management has to promote him more,” she said.

Biswanka bragged about being a top trending artist in the music industry with a very big song recently. He tagged Laika’s comments as ignorant and not being updated about the industry’s current affairs.

Biswanka also expressed his frustration about how artists put down others and revealed that Laika’s comment was not genuine but was a means of belittling him because she wanted to feel superior.

“I’m among the top artists in the industry. You call yourself an artist yet you don’t know top stars. That means you are not updated and you won’t even make it in the industry. I checked her music but she has a long way to go. You cannot claim you don’t know who has a hit song. It is just a trick used by artists to belittle fellow artists claiming they have not worked hard enough,” he said.
