Socialite Prima Kadarshi has opened up on how she completely cut ties with singer Geosteady who is also the father of her two children.
In a TikTok live feed joined by Crysto Panda, DJ Roja, and Bruno K, Prima openly confessed that she was tired of people always bringing matters concerning the singer back into her life all the time; therefore, taking a bold step to leave her past behind.
Ever since their breakup, Gesoteady and Prima had for a long time been severally engaging in online verbal exchanges.
On different occasions, the estranged parents appeared online dragging each other to filth, something that led netizens to accuse Prima of failing to move on even when Geosteady had hooked up with his girlfriend, Hindu Kay.
In her defense, Prima Kadarshi made it clear that she always came back into his life out of pity and sympathy because he was the father to her daughters; Soraya and Solange. But when the pressure from fans became intense, she decided to sever ties with her ex.
“I tried to empathize with him because of the kids but we got to a point when it was too much and was keeping me stuck in the past; I let it go. That is why we no longer talk and be seen on social media with him or anything related to him because I’m not detached from him,” Prima Kadarshi noted.
Prima Kadarshi further revealed that the detachment was not only between them as adults but also between their parenting roles. They are no longer in good co-parenting terms and she believes that her children are doing just fine without his involvement.
“Our children will survive without him because I do not want people to keep bringing him up in my life all the time. I’m done and enough is enough. I will not be in the news anymore because of someone but myself,” Prima Kadarshi revealed.
Last year, news broke on the internet stating that Geosteady had been dragged into rehab over excessive use of drugs; Ice in particular that had destroyed his mental health and affected his music career.
Prima Kadarshi remained nonchalant about his addiction and bad state due to the fact that she moved on with her life.

“I had to detach; his life is no longer my concern. I had to accept and let him go. People always thought I was forcing myself on him and couldn’t move on yet I did that five years ago. I had to be practical about it. That is when I stopped caring about him,” she said.
