Following the issuance of the arrest warrant of city socialite Sipapa, the Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga has confirmed his arrest.
Sipapa’s arrest emanates from his involvement in the robbery that occurred at the home of a South Sudanese National Jacob Arok, in Kawuku-Bunga.
The controversial socialite has been playing hide and seek from the day his house was searched until today when he was apprehended and locked up.
According to the most recent development, Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enanga has confirmed that Sipapa was arrested, and preparations to forward him to the CID task team at Kampala Metropolitan Police, for further interrogation and court action are underway.
