Dancehall singer Cindy Sanyu has expressed her discontent with reports suggesting that she was paid for a provocative performance at one of Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi’s events.
Recently, one of the newspapers published revealing how Buganda Prime Minister Charles Peter Mayiga had paid Cindy Sanyu to appear half-nacked at the Kabaka’s event.
Based on the Luganda publication, Cindy’s provocative performance was aimed at surprising the Buganda King.
However, taking to her personal Facebook page, Cindy Sanyu refuted the claims, expressing her shock on crossing paths with an article she deemed false and nonsense.
Cindy noted that she needed help before questioning the article’s publication date and the person behind it.
