Kadongo Kamu singer Gerald Kiweewa is currently nursing injuries following a car accident that occurred last night.
The incident took place when Kiweewa opted for a boda boda to retrieve his car in Matugga. Unfortunately, while passing through Makerere Kavule, the boda boda he was on was struck by a reckless driver, resulting in Kiweewa sustaining severe leg injuries.
Thankfully, bystanders quickly apprehended the reckless driver and handed him over to the authorities at Wandegeya police station.
Meanwhile, Kiweewa was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital to receive the necessary medical attention.
A video obtained by this website depicts the extent of Kiweewa’s pain, with a deep cut on his leg and blood visibly oozing from the wound.
Despite the severity of his injuries, Kiweewa has made a determined commitment to his fans and supporters. He has vowed to perform at his scheduled “Tugende Mu Kikadde” event, which is set to take place tomorrow.
