Kenyan musician and businesswoman Akothee real name Esther Akothee has revealed that she lost her pregnancy.
The unanticipated tragedy occurs only three months after the singer, who had split with her ex-lover Nelly Oaks, revealed her new partner.
Akothee published two videos on Instagram in which she could be seen being attended to by medics and is supported by life support systems.
In the caption, the self-proclaimed president of single mothers disclosed that she had lost pregnancy on Saturday 17th December 2022.
This would be the couple’s first child, and Akothee’s sixth child overall since she already has five children from her previous relationships.
When she shared the tragic news with her followers, they flooded her comment area with sympathy notes.
