Da Nu Eagles band singer Bettina Namukasa survived a deadly car accident on Saturday evening.
Bettina who was heading for a wedding gig in Kyazanga narrowly escaped death after the car in which she was travelling Reg. No. UBL 278 U experienced a mechanical problem.
The accident that almost claimed the singer’s life happened at Mateete along Masaka road.
Going by the photos cited by this website, the car’s front tyre might have blown out, hence losing its mechanical sense before leaving its course.
The car damages could be seen on its left side as well-wishers were trying to replace the damaged front tyre with a spare tyre.

Luckily, Bettina and her crew survived the accident, with minor scratches. Taking to her social media platforms, the singer thanked God for another chance at life.
