Mukono member of Parliament Betty Nambooze has urged the public to ditch musicians with explicit lyrics.
While addressing the public in one of her social media livestreams, Nambooze expressed her disappointment in the growing trend of musicians singing vulgar lyrics.
The politician went on to question the kind of talent that drives musicians to resort to singing vulgar lyrics.
Additionally, Betty Nambooze raised concern about whether these musicians would play their raunchy lyrics during their parents’ presence.

Mentioning trending singer D Star, of “Hoozambe,” Betty Nambooze urged Ugandans to stop supporting such musicians citing their talents do not deserve recognition.
