Rickman Manrick has confirmed that he is still friends with his ex-girlfriend, also media personality Sheilah Gashumba despite their split mid this year.
Rickman Manrick appeared as the guest performer at The Villa live band session and while in an interview, with Mr. Henrie he noted that there was no bad blood between him and Sheilah despite going their separate ways. They have remained respectful towards each other and avoided bad-mouthing each other in public.
Just like you all know, we neither fought nor quarreled. People usually come to an understanding when it comes to dealing with things like love.
However much love is complicated, there must be respect. I can never come out to speak ill about Sheilah Gashumba and I have not heard her speak against me in the press. There is no bad blood between us; she is my friend and we still talk,” Rickman Manrick said.
In May this year, Sheilah Gashumba released a statement on her social media pages, officially ending her three-year-old relationship with Rickman over undisclosed issues.
This came as a shock to social media users, who assumed she released the statement without telling Rickman that the affair had hit a dead end.
Months later, Rickman while addressing the situation revealed that Sheilah being a celebrity was expected to let her followers know about the breakup and that was the only way she could handle it.
The two have both moved on and earlier this week, Bad Black who is a close friend to Sheilah Gashumba revealed that the entertainer had moved on to a rich mixed-race boyfriend.

Rickman Manrick, on the other hand, his romantic life remained unpredictable with netizens linking him to singer and songwriter Kin Bella.
