Socialite Zari Hassan has reportedly terminated her contract with Divine Resort following the photographer publishing her photos with her boyfriend without her consent.
Zari Hassan signed a contract with Divine Resort and Spa on October 17, 2022, to extend her socialite responsibilities to the hangout spot.
The socialite was required to shoot photos and videos at the Resort and share them with her massive following, tagging the Resort.
The deal, however, did not survive long since the Resort’s official photographer violated one of the contract’s stipulations.
According to Zari, a few moments after taking photos at the Resort with her boyfriend Shakib, the photographer identified as Daville shared the photos with the public without her consent contrary to some of the contract clauses.
Zari went on to note that some of the images were so intimate to be shared with the rest of the world.

It is for the above-mentioned reasons that Zari published a statement indicating how she was no longer bound by the contract and vowed not to tag Divine Resort and Spa in any of her social media postings.
The statement goes ahead to indicate that Divine Resort will not be allowed to use Zari’s images on their pages/websites, and the photographer is required to erase all photos of Zari Hassan from their system and recover others sent to bloggers for publication.
”Failure to adhere to the above will require the team to proceed with legal action and compensation” further reads the statement.
